Houses near us.

We met our new neighbor to the right of us (If you look at the front of the house...). He's a single guy (His parents were with him when he was there signing the contract...) who seems fairly nice. Hard to judge based on the 5 minutes we had to meet him. He is building a Newberry It's a 3bed-2bath 2 story with a basement. He's also getting the first floor powder room roughed in. (All plumbing in, and a floor in, but he would have to install his own Vanity and WC.) Also, about 5 lots down is another young couple who started out in upstate New York, but lived for a couple of years in Atlanta, and now are in Cincinnati (He works for GE Financing). They are super nice. We talked with them for about an hour yesterday as they were looking in the model home that they are building. It's a Grant Deluxe. Very nice house. It was one of the ones that started out in the running for what we wanted. But then we saw our house. Our neighbor on the other side (The one that is already built) is in a Landon III. That's the same floorplan as the model house that our sales-lady is in (We love Patty, she rocks). It was the one that we had originally decided on (Again before we saw OUR house...) We haven't met those people yet, but I'm sure that we will. Patty says that they are really nice. There are still something like 6 lots around the park to build before it is all built out. We hope that this happens soon. Then we will have sidewalk around the outside loop of our block as well as the inside loop. (they only build sidewalk as they build the houses...)
