now, they're waiting for the rain to stop so they can start pouring the concrete walls. it only sprinkled today and it's supposed to clear up this weekend and next week with maybe a couple of days of snow. hopefully it stays nice enough for more work to get done. we had our buyer/builder meeting yesterday and it looks like the house will not be done until march 2005. we were hoping for the end of february because that's when our lease is up on the apartment. we need to talk to the people in the office and see if they will allow us to stay another month even though our lease is up. hopefully, there's no one looking to move into our apartment right away.
